| Caption: | I was trying to get to the Natural History Museum in Paris, and I stumbled upon one of its (cheaper) sub-museums: the Paris Museum of Anatomy and Paleantology. It was probably the coolest museum I've ever been to. It wasn't all fancy and gimmicky--- just bones and jars of specimens. This is the ground level, where they had skeletons of creatures large and small. Upstairs they had a prehistoric animals exhibit. They had a skeleton of one of those huge prehistoric bears. Those things terrify me. |
